We hired Rachael to help us find our new home in the DFW area. We started our search for an agent by speaking with several and reading online reviews - Rachael quickly stood out. It was clear that she valued our business. Her communications were prompt and professional. We also liked that she was a top performer at her firm. Our experience with Rachael was positive from the start. Early on she helped us understand the DFW real estate market in depth - everything from the school systems to the local amenities. We spent a couple of days with her touring homes and probably looked at a total of ~25properties. On all our tours, Rachael was very observant and pointed many things out to us that we would have missed otherwise (signs of settling for example). Many agents won't point out issues with properties to their clients because they are so focused on getting their client to purchase so that they can receive their commission - NOT the case with Rachael. It was very clear that she was putting our interests first. She also only showed us homes that met our criteria. On top of that, she carefully listened to our feedback on each tour and constantly tweaked her list of homes to visit based on that feedback. It was a very efficient and pleasant process. The final home that Rachael showed us was the winner. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. She helped us quickly submit an offer to get it off the market. She also provided helpful advice on comparable home values and terms of our offer. We ended up having our offer accepted! Throughout the closing process Rachael was always available - even after hours and on weekends. She also helped guide us through the financing process and introduced us to other necessary parties. Closing happened on time and without any hiccups. Funny enough, maybe the most impressive thing that Rachael did for us happened after closing. Three weeks after closing we found out that the seller had removed a critical $5K+ piece of AV equipment during move out. Rachael immediately got in touch with the seller’s agent and stayed on top of the situation until the equipment was returned. In addition to this example, she also spent several hours helping us find a top performing RE agent in Houston to help us sell our old home. Inconclusion, Rachael exceeded every expectation. She will go above and beyond for you. She has an incredible knowledge of the local RE market and is a pleasure to work with. Rachael is not just a realtor, she practically knows everything about house buying - whether it be someone to help with blinds or inspections or someone to help with some jobs that we always need around the house. And you don't have to go with her people. However for us, all of this was extremely helpful and worked great. We can safely say that because of her our buying and settling into the new house was relatively a tension free experience.

Rachael sold our home for FULL LIST PRICE!  Not only did she sell it at full list, but she also was able to bring in a second offer at full list price!  She is professional, organized, caring, efficient, and knows how to get the job done.  She knows the market well, and will provide you with the recommendations needed to sell your home in a timely manner for the most money.  After working with several very good agents over the years, I can confidently say that Rachael is one in a million.  I met Racheal for the first time after calling her when I saw she was the listing agent on a home close to ours that sold super fast. She came over for an interview, and we were immediately impressed with how she runs her business.  If you want to sell you home fast and for the most money, there are two things I suggest:  1:  Hire Rachael 2: Follow her lead on prepping your home and on price. Then leave the rest to her.   I'm excited that our home is sold so we can move on to the next chapter, but I will really miss talking with her on a regular basis.  If ever I am in need of an agent in the DFW market again, I will hire her again without giving it a second thought.  She is the best.

More than once I was blown away by Rachael's professionalism and her commitment to going above and beyond for her clients (us). Best customer service I have ever experienced. We were moving to Texas from Ohio and Rachael made it as easy as it could possibly have been. She gives it to you straight and won't let anyone take advantage of you. Thrilled we had her in our corner; I'd be nervous if she was representing the other guy because she doesn't let anything slide! If there is one complaint I had it is that sometimes I felt bad for the sellers; we got the house for less than they were asking and she made them put in a new AC unit because the inspector she brought with her noticed the upstairs unit wasn't working on the final walkthrough (which we weren't in town for)! She called the title company and told them not to transfer the funds until the sellers fixed the problem. They promptly wrote a check for the new unit. Will definitely insist on any friends and/or family working with her in the future.

Really enjoyed working with Rachael. She's very professional and honest, even when she has to give you the information you don't want to hear. She seems to always have her clients' best interests in mind and because of her professionalism, we actually ended up with a contact that was more than the listing price.
